Highway 20 between Salina, OK and the state line: these roads are almost legendary in this area. The adjoining roads that snake through Salina, Jay and Kenwood are renowned for the twisty, scenic ride.
If approaching Spavinaw from the west watch for the one decreasing radius curve that's almost a full 180. It's marked with an unusual highway sign- a large off center arrow.
If you can, avoid the boring ride on US-412 and take this alternate route through northeast Oklahoma.
