Rt 13 is a two-lane paved road which can start or stop In Jacksonville, Florida. It follows the St. Johns River.
Happens every Thursday night from about 6:00 pm until about 10:30 pm. Parking lot filled to capacity with all types of bikes.
This excellent facility has been operated by the Stillwater City Parks Department since the mid `70s.
DIRECTIONS: North I-5 from Sacramento, take ramp Maxwell west to Goat Mtn.
