No Charges for Motorcyclist in Road Rage Incident

A 23-year-old female motorcyclist has been cleared by prosecutors in a fatal road rage incident on February 8.

Witnesses reported an SUV driver was upset with the way the woman was riding and attempted to box her in. The driver exited his vehicle and attacked the rider, knocking her to the ground. When he climbed on top of her she fatally shot him with a handgun.
